'We have no crystal ball'

But we get pretty close to it

As Product people, we analyse the past, dialogue with the present, and experiment with the imminent future, iterating as we learn. 

 

We are risk mitigators on bets and predictions, trying hard to get the final result ending close to the desired outcome.

 

But be cognisant that uncertainty, at lower or higher levels, never disappears. Embrace the unknown as we will be constantly asked about what to do in the future, and we will be repeatedly questioned about if the bet is the right one.

 

It is, simply, a key part of the job.
